"Custom order showed up right on time"
I ordered a custom club from Carl’s and thought it might take forever, but the timeline they gave me ended up being pretty much exact, maybe even a day early. I got a few email updates along the way, so there was no unnecessary guessing or chasing anyone down. The club was packed fine and the whole thing was just easy. Nothing fancy, just a smooth order. I’d order from them again.

"The site got frustrating after a few minutes"
I was trying to search for what I needed earlier today, but after a few minutes the filters kept changing or messing up my results. It made the whole thing kind of annoying to use, and I ended up spending more time fixing the search than actually looking at the options

"Had some doubts, but shipping was fine"
I ordered a driver i wasn’t totally sure what to think when it arrived. The markings and grip seemed a little different compared to my old one, so it made me question whether everything was legit. It might be perfectly fine, but I just couldn’t get fully comfortable with it. On the plus side, shipping was smooth and it showed up without any issues.

"My golf bag basically teleported here"
I ordered a golf bag and was fully prepared to wait around forever, but it showed up way faster than I expected. I was weirdly excited checking the tracking because it was actually easy to follow, which feels like a miracle these days. The box did have a little dent in it, and for about two seconds I thought my entire day was ruined, but the bag was totally fine. Overall, really good experience and I’d definitely order from them again...

"Driver showed up packed really well"
I ordered a driver from Carl’s Golfland and was happy when it came in. The box were sturdy, taped up good, and there was enough padding inside that the club wasn’t moving around like crazy.
No dents, no torn corners, and the head was covered nice too. It’s a small thing, but it makes a difference when you’re ordering golf stuff online. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Good fitting, just had to wait a bit"
I went in for a club fitting and, overall, it was a good experience. The guy helping me seemed like he really knew what he was talking about, and he didn’t try to push me toward the most expensive clubs, which I appreciated. I did have to wait a little past my appointment time, so that was... a bit annoying, but once we got started everything went smoothly. I’d go back again

"Wish I’d Ordered the Right Size First"
I had to exchange a golf shirt because I picked the wrong size, which I kind of regret since it added a few extra days. The return process itself was easy though, and support got back to me fairly quickly. It wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it worked out fine.

The clubs feel really solid and are pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. No complaints here, which is rude because I was fully prepared to find something to nitpick.

"Selection felt limited to me"
I went in hoping to find a new pair of golf shoes, but the options just weren’t really there. From what I saw, the sizes and brands were limited, so I didn’t have much to choose from. Maybe it was just the timing, but it felt like the selection could’ve been better.

"Warranty process took longer than I expected"
I bought a driver from Carls and ran into an issue after a few weeks. I expected the warranty help to be a bit more straightforward, but it ended up being slower than I hoped. I had to follow up a few times just to get updates, which made it feel like I was the one pushing things along. They did get back to me eventually, but the whole process felt more frustrating than I was expecting.

I reached out to customer service twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. Maybe it was just a busy stretch, but my gut says this is just how they handle things. It’s really frustrating when all you need is a quick answer. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I was expecting the usual refund headache, but this was super straightforward. The money came back quickly and there was no back-and-forth. For me, fast refund usually means they’ve got their act together, so I’m happy.

I got exactly what I ordered, and the size and color were both right. I gave it a quick check when it showed up and everything matched my order. Im happy with it overall, just wouldve been 5 stars if the shipping was a little faster.

"Used club showed up beat up"
I ordered a used club that was listed as being in good condition, but when it got here it had way more scratches and wear than I was expecting. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it was kind of dissapointing tbh. Not sure I’d buy used from here again.
